National cultural heritage projects
We have been supporting projects in the field of digitisation and the management of cultural data since the 1990s.
One national cultural project was the ChIA project of the Europeana Local Service Centre at AIT Forschungsgesellschaft mbH. Here, new technologies were tested against the background of a selected data set of images on the subject of ‘food’, with the aim of enabling improved access and enriched analysis options for cultural data.
